We support local authorities across Adult Social Care and Children's Services.

Our support ranges from developing and delivering programs of work to identifying savings and redesigning services to meet evolving needs. We offer expertise in commissioning (including S75 agreements and BCF strategies), service redesign, improvement planning, data analysis, project management, workforce development, options appraisals, and organisational design, ensuring alignment with CQC and Ofsted frameworks.

We partner with local authorities to transform their service design and delivery.

Our expertise includes developing action plans and strategic frameworks, engaging staff, conducting analysis, streamlining operations, and implementing delivery units. Our approach positions us to effectively support local authorities through the challenges and opportunities of LGR, ensuring a smooth transition and improved outcomes for residents.
