About Alexa
With over 18 years of experience across the charity, public, and commercial sectors, Alexa has built a strong track record of delivering complex programmes. She enjoys bringing people together, building lasting client relationships, and creating practical, well-run solutions that make a real difference.

Her experience spans senior leadership roles across account management and operations. Whilst leading a global brand advocacy programme at Dentsu Creative she oversaw staff training, partner management, content creation, events, and client servicing. Introducing clear programme structures, robust reporting, and quality assurance processes to manage smooth and effective delivery and increase revenue.

Previous roles include being part of the Programme and Change Support Team within the Corporate Strategy Service at Camden Council, working across multiple council priorities. She led programme management for the development of the “Camden 2025” vision, working closely with residents, businesses, councillors, and partners, and played a key role in a flagship financial saving programme, overseeing portfolio management and reporting. She helped build a strong project management community across the organisation, introducing shared tools, learning sessions, and practical guidance to support teams.
