Our work ranges from enabling councils to respond to the opportunities of local government reorganisation and devolution through to supporting them to work with residents and partners to develop place-based strategies. We work alongside leaders to design new organisations that build on a foundation of good governance and community engagement to design, commission, and deliver public services that are fit for the 21st century. From transition planning for the new authorities to mobilising for day one all the way through to charting the pathways toward long-term transformation, we are involved at every stage.

Organisation

 

We help public services and the organisations that deliver them thrive in a rapidly changing world. We work directly with Chief Executives and senior teams to redesign the core of organisations to ensure they are set up for the next set of challenges and enable services to thrive.  We focus on designing new models, structures and ways of working that are needed for each client's circumstances. You may be facing Government intervention, needing to deliver better outcomes within a reduced budget or transforming how governance enables effective decision-making, we work with you to find the solution that is right for you.

Our teams have extensive experience of leading transformation across public services. From early years to residential care, housing to waste; we help councils, improve, optimise, and transform their delivery of services, putting outcomes for residents at the heart of everything. From preparing for regulatory inspections or responding to their feedback or working with you as a strategic partner through to creating savings plans, using digital and data to improve resident experience. Our work is highly participatory and design led.
