Jean Taylor

Jean brings over 25 years’ experience across local government, research, consultancy and leadership. She is passionate about using evidence to drive better outcomes, and specialises in helping organisations turn data, resident experience and stakeholder insight into strategies that have a genuine impact.

She has worked at Redbridge, Haringey, Lambeth and Camden councils, where she led a range of strategically important policy, strategy and change projects and programmes. Throughout her career, Jean has focused on improving services in ways that are equitable, practical and grounded in the resident and community experiences.

As a consultant, Jean has worked with central government departments, the NHS, third sector organisations, professional bodies and utility companies. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to navigate complex challenges and develop solutions that are both insight-led and deliverable.
