Jean brings over 25 years’ experience spanning local government, research, consultancy, and senior leadership roles. Jean specialises in evidence and impact driven strategy and change, with a strong focus on combining high quality data analysis, resident insight and stakeholder experience. ​

Jean’s leadership has shaped major initiatives at Redbridge, Haringey, Lambeth, and Camden Councils, where she has designed, led and delivered high profile policy, strategy, analysis, engagement and change programmes, always underpinned by a commitment to equality and inclusion. ​

As part of her consulting career, Jean has worked with a range of central government departments, the NHS, third sector organisations, professional bodies and utilities companies.
