Louisa Ware

Louisa has ten years of cross-sector experience spanning across local government, politics and the third sector.

Most recently, Louisa served as Strategic Policy Lead at Ealing Council, where she advised the senior leadership team on corporate strategy, external reviews and responding to national legislative change. 

​

Louisa previously held various political advisory roles. Whilst working at Ealing Council as Political Assistant to the Leader of the Council, she played a key role in local and national election campaigns and helped design and deliver the Council Plan. She began her career working in Parliament for an Inner London MP.

 

She has a strong track record of working at the intersection between politics, policy, and delivery. Louisa is passionate about improving outcomes for residents and making the public sector work better for the people that it serves.
